Diamonds above 0.50 carat include their own individual IGI certificate. Diamonds below 0.50 carat are certified at the jewellery level.
We can't speak to another retailer's pricing structure. Our own price reflects direct-to-consumer selling, without the layered distribution markup typical of traditional jewellery retail - see our trust and transparency page for the full detail.
We publish this index because most Canadian lab-grown diamond shoppers have no reliable reference point for whether a price is reasonable. Our own price appears in the table above under the same terms as everyone else's - verified, dated, and without a quality claim based on price alone.
