Carat Theory is a Canadian direct-to-consumer fine jewelry brand headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds set in 14K and 18K solid gold.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

- Klaviyo - email marketing and CRM. Data stored in the United States.
- Shopify - e-commerce platform for order processing.
- Google Analytics - aggregate traffic analysis via cookies.
- Meta & Pinterest - advertising using aggregated audience data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
