Do I pay Quebec sales tax on a Carat Theory order?
Yes. GST at 5% and QST at 9.975% are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. Because the order ships inside Canada, there are no customs charges and no brokerage fee waiting at the door, which is not true of every site that advertises to Quebec buyers.
